'vobcut' - a (very) simple tool to cut out a part of a DVD Video VOB file

The 'vobcut' utility is used to cut out a part of a DVD VIDEO VOB file <inVOB> and store the result in the new file <outVOB>, starting at sector <startsec> and ending at sector <endsec> .
